Axis Claimspro Launches New TPA Unit

Axis ClaimsPro, the UK and international specialist adjusting operation and European division of SCM Insurance Services, has announced the creation of a dedicated third party administration (TPA) unit to provide its clients with an enhanced level of back office support.

The unit, headed by Daniel Brown, a senior member of Axis ClaimsPro’s team responsible for account management, provides dedicated administration services on both UK and International accounts from the firm’s London office.

Katie Frost has been appointed as Adjuster Coordinator to support Daniel. She will provide a range of third party administration and data management services for claims and accounts across the Axis network. Katie comes from a broking background with commercial claims experience in the property and package liability areas.

Commenting on the creation of the TPA unit, Alistair Jacob, Executive Director, Axis ClaimsPro, said: “This new unit reflects our focus on delivering centres of excellence across our home/foreign adjusting business. Segmenting the administration piece in this way makes commercial sense and ensures we maintain the highest quality service standards in our core adjusting activities.”
