Axis Launches Claims Portal

Axis ClaimsPro, the UK and international specialist adjusting operation and European division of SCM Insurance Services, has launched a dedicated claims portal as part of its Third Party Administration (TPA) services offering clients full access to real-time claims data across its specialist operating divisions.

The Portal responds to the insurance industry’s drive for improved service levels and addressing compliance issues while focusing on reducing claims costs and cycle times by providing secure access to management and claims information and offering real flexibility in the data available. Clients can obtain specific reports on the data required for underwriting, claims or loss adjuster performance.

The Portal is a fully web-based application developed in-house by SCM, Axis ClaimsPro’s parent company, which enables the TPA unit and its clients to manage claims information.
